About Me

My main drive is to ease and improve the experience using the digital workplace for customers and colleagues.
And by combining my big interest for tech and IT with a will to service and problem-solving, I have spent some years working my way up from servicedesk to sysadmin, developing skills and an understanding of users and the many challenges in their day-to-day interaction with the digital workplace.

By continuously expanding my current skillset, and adding to it, in order to extend the toolbox, I always strive to deliver a better experience for anyone or any system that I have the pleasure to work with.

I love to get put in some kind of problem-management-group as problem-solving is really something that gets me going. The satisfaction of getting to close a problem-case after some hard detective work and maybe a joint effort between colleagues and departments is unbeatable.

As a side-track I have found some new* love for Powershell, and I never stop to be amazed about how it can be used in everything from IT operations, to improve and automate everyday tasks for almost everyone.
By no means am I an expert, but I've already been able to develop an network-printer-handling-app and some automation script related to operating-system-deployment.
